Refund Eligibility
At Organiccandlesar, we strive to provide excellent tutoring services. Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:
- If you cancel before your first scheduled session, you may be eligible for a full refund
- If technical issues prevent you from accessing sessions and cannot be resolved
- If we are unable to provide the service as described
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase or first session, whichever comes first. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to helpcenter@organiccandlesar.world or through our contact form.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Sessions that have already been completed
- Late cancellation fees
- Services used beyond the refund eligibility period
Session Cancellation
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
